Demolition & Structure Removal in the Treasure Valley

Serving Boise, Meridian, Nampa and Caldwell. Tell us what's coming down and how we can access the site — we'll confirm the scope and pricing before work starts.

Two Different Jobs

Demolition vs. debris-only hauling

These are two different services, and knowing which one you need helps us quote the job accurately.

Demolition

A structure or portion of one comes down as part of the job — an interior tear-out, a shed, a deck, or another structure that needs to be dismantled and removed. This is more involved than a standard haul, and it's priced for the extra work.

Debris-only hauling

The material is already down and just needs to be loaded and hauled away — construction debris, renovation material, or rubble from work someone else completed. Pricing follows our standard load structure, with construction debris figured in.

Not sure which one your project is? Describe it when you call and we'll tell you straight.

Shed Removal

A shed, carport or other outbuilding that's reached the end of its life comes down and leaves with us. This is a dismantling job — the structure is taken apart, loaded, and hauled off, all in one visit.

Most sheds come down in a few hours. What affects the job is size, construction, and how close we can park. Tell us the dimensions and what it's built from — wood, metal, or a mix — and how we can get to it.

Everything gets removed, including the frame and your junk inside. We don't pour or remove concrete pads or foundations unless that's part of a quote we've agreed on.

Construction Debris Removal

This is the other half of the picture: the material is already down and just needs to leave. You've done the tear-out or the remodel, and the pile — lumber, drywall, tile, cabinets, flooring, packaging — needs to go.

Nothing gets dismantled here. We load what's on the ground and haul it off, usually in a single trip depending on volume.

Construction debris is billed with the extra weight and handling figured in, so tell us what the material is when you call. Mixed loads and clean loads aren't always priced the same way.

Site Access & Preparation

Getting the site ready

A demolition or debris job goes faster when the site is ready for us. Here's what helps.

Tell us about access

Where we can park, how close we can get to the material, and the route in and out. Tight spaces, slopes and gates all affect how the job is planned.

Clear the work area

Move vehicles and anything you're keeping out of the work zone, and make sure the path to the material is clear before we arrive.

Know what's coming down

Tell us what the structure is made of and what's already been removed, so we can plan the job and confirm pricing accurately.

Hazardous materials

We do not remove hazardous materials or perform asbestos abatement. Tell us about suspected hazardous materials before scheduling.

Request a demolition quote

Every demolition job is different, so we quote them individually. Describe your project and we'll confirm the scope and pricing before work starts.
