Hoarding Cleanouts in the Treasure Valley
Sensitive, patient cleanouts for hoarded spaces — serving Boise, Meridian, Nampa and Caldwell. We move at your pace and handle every item with respect.
No judgment. No rush.
A hoarding cleanout is a difficult thing to ask for help with. We understand that, and we treat your home and your belongings accordingly.
We work at your pace
There's no clock running on your decisions. We move as quickly or as slowly as you need us to, and we don't rush you through anything.
Discreet and respectful
We arrive, work, and leave without drawing attention to your property. Nothing about the job is discussed outside your home.
You decide what goes
Nothing leaves without your say-so. Every item is handled with respect, and anything you want kept is set aside before we load.
What we take
Most of what's accumulated in a home can go on the trailer. If it's not hazardous material, there's a good chance we can take it.
- Furniture — sofas, beds, dressers, tables, chairs
- Appliances — refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, ovens
- Clothing, linens, kitchenware and household goods
- Boxes, bins, shelving and stored contents
- Electronics — TVs, monitors, printers, computers
- Yard items and outdoor clutter
- General household accumulation of all kinds
Hazardous materials, medical waste and certain other items aren't accepted. See what we can't take.

Hoarding cleanout pricing
Load pricing increases by 15% for hoarding cleanouts. On-site time is billed at $225 for the first hour, then $125 for each additional hour (drive time is not included).
A $300 safety fee may apply; this does not include biohazard removal or disposal.
The number of loads and time required depend on the amount of material and access. We review the job and confirm pricing before work starts.
